So, we were having issues where we were running out of coolant constantly. Our Master rep came in here and said, "Hey, we've got a new product line. It should reduce your coolant consumption drastically." And uh we now use uh a drum a week for six Swisses. So, it's drastically reduced our coolant consumption.

It was a new relationship with Resolute and Brad. They reached out because they're having problems with their current straight oil on their Swiss machines. It was very gummy, nasty. the chip stuck ever was causing slide issues, tooling issues. Brad's like, "What can you do for us? How can you fix this?"

That led to researching a little bit more internally on our product lines, on our sprays, and saying, "What was going to be the best foot forward for them?" And we we chose OB 2200. We were able to reduce consumption, run cleaner, we cut the usage down, it smells really good, doesn't drag out on the chips, doesn't drag out on the parts, and I think it checked all the boxes for Brad and Resolute's request to improve their issues.

The machines are a lot cleaner. It's not building up a film on everything inside the machines. It doesn't smoke nearly as bad as the previous Swiss oil. So, the air quality inside the shop is a lot cleaner.

It's been a win-win for Master is a win-win because we got to advertise our high performance products.

Bringing our 75 years of what we do best, bring metal working fluids to the end user. The unaccounted downtime for just breakdowns, things like that have gotten drastically better. Just having a lot cleaner machine, cleaner equipment keeps things running better.

So yeah, we've had better uptime from that and we're able to keep the green light on a lot more than we were prior.
