Cav Tool’s two-station production vises with ball lock mounts boosted table density to about 15 vises, where 3 to 4 used to fit. Setup time dropped sharply because each vise returns to the same position program after program, and a swap takes less than two minutes.

The team now loads pallets for about nine hours of runtime, closes the doors at 5:30, and runs to midnight.
