If you don't have the right coolant, it really affects your tooling the most. You don't get the correct finishes. You don't get your chip breakage the way it's supposed to be, and then it really affects your part.

Especially if you're running thousands of parts and your coolant isn't doing well and doing what it's supposed to, you're going to be changing your inserts and changing your tooling all the time, and that creates downtime.

If we have bad coolant, then we have to change it more frequently. Tool life isn't there, and the consistency of the machine finish isn't there as well. So, it's very important.

I was actually introduced to Master Fluid about 15 years ago with a different company. When I came here and took over the machine shop, I was very familiar with them, and the customer service is great.

If I do have an issue or a question and I reach out, I get a same-day response, which in our business is critical because we do the same for our customers. We like to have the same from our vendors and suppliers, and they've been very good with that.

I've had the best experience using Master Fluid out of any other cutting fluid that I've had experience with.

What they advertise is what you get. It's not, "Well, hey, this barrel is better than the last barrel we got." It's definitely a very consistent, reliable product.
