Construction for me is doing something different every day and try to make it look really good and be fast and good at what you do.

Keeps you thinking, keeps you on your toes. You don't get bored with it.

Knowing the team and knowing the guys that I've been around from being here for a year, when I go out and speak with a contractor and they have concerns, it kind of leads back to like, you're worry free because you know that we can get it taken care of. They don't matter if it's a little piece, big piece, we will figure out a way we will get the job done for you.

That's something to me that makes me happy being able to satisfy them. And not only that, but bring more business into the company just taking care of these people the right way. I think it's pretty cool to actually go out when you're not at work and if you're driving with friends or family and you spot a job that you've done, I can be like, I put those windows in or I installed that door right there. Yeah, it's pretty cool to be a part of it. Driving down the interstate.

You can go to Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, anywhere and you'll probably drive by a project that you might have did four years ago and you forgot about it and you just look up at it like, "Man, that's some big glass, but yeah, we got her done."

Quality is a lot better when you actually show up and care about who you're working with and what they're doing and they care about what you're doing. They're all pretty knowledgeable and pretty experienced and everybody puts their heads together.

We can usually figure it out.

When you got heavy glass like that, you got to be able to trust the guy beside you that he's going to do his job and you're going to do your job to make sure you go home safe to your family every night.

We're all pretty much brothers at the end of the day. So, we got to make sure we keep each other safe. If someone doesn't know anything, somebody's going to teach you or you can watch them and try to learn, do it yourself. It's all about teamwork.

The experience that everybody has here, walk you through it. If you don't know it, we'll definitely show you. Just a great group of guys. We're basically like a family around here. I mean, there's a lot of experience and a lot of guys that has your back and you have their back and we just we get the job done.
