We take pride in our work. We take accountability for our jobs. We uh get in and out safe as possible.

We do a lot of custom stuff. So, we have to really pay attention to our quality as well as getting stuff out in a reasonable amount of time. We have bunch of electricians, welders, riggers, plumbers, and stuff like that. So, we have a little bit of each different types of tradesmen.

We have the ability to do every job. It's a one-stop shop. When you work here, you're able to ask questions and you're able to learn. If there's something you want to do, all you got to do is ask and they will help you get the training that you need to be able to do that job.

No matter what you do or no matter how long you've been there, you're going to learn something new. They're there for you no matter what. They'll give you the training they need. I mean, they they really truly care about you at the end of the day when you can sit back and you can look at a project and say, "That was our team. We did that." It's a pretty good feeling.

It's important that we're all able to get along and work together. So that makes a big difference in the production and quality that we do. Everybody, we not like be blood related in this company, but we're all really close with each other. Wells Brothers has always treated us like family.
