We brought in Don years ago from Master. We tested several different brands and actually did not choose Master Fluid and that was a mistake.

So, uh, after a few years with another brand, we called Don who was always a gentleman through not winning the first time. He stayed in touch and we went back to testing. Since switching to Master, we have not had odors or rust or any of the issues we had had before.

Part of the deal or part of the program with Master is continual service. So, you get a chance the next time or third time to come back and maybe garnish that business. So, it was a nice organic transition and conversion for us. Sometimes the challenge is their best ones. It resets you, refocuses you and then you can use that tool down the road.

The material that we cut is very difficult. buying our tooling and our workholding and our fluids all from one supplier. We maximize our spend, get fantastic support. It's a win-win.

So, we have implemented a program now where we pull weekly samples. They go to lab, the lab gets a report. I'll send a quick note out to the management team at Flexible says, "Here's what looks good on the report. Here's what looks bad. Please add this. Don't change that." And we also come in once a month and do service visits, too.

So, we gauge every machine in the plant, give them a report of the good, bad, and ugly, and keep them running again for another month. They come in weekly, check all of our levels, no odor, less usage, less runoff. We get awesome support, and we're never out of coolant.
