So, I have a kind of a unique blend of experiences that has brought me to where I'm at today with Bruns.

Got my start as a journeyman carpenter with actual hands-on experience in in construction. An opportunity came up with a local government to become a building inspector and then eventually got into economic development, creating ways and and reaching out to businesses for coming to your your community and also helping businesses that are there expand with those.

It really gives me a good foundation to come into Brun's as a business development lead.

Understanding the nuances of zoning and planning and how that uh plays out as far as construction projects go really brings a lot of value to our clients because we have that experience of knowing the nuances of of how projects come together.

We can add a lot of value in helping you navigate that at the front end rather than just wasting time and and energy shooting in the dark and and hoping you can pull that plan together.

We can really help streamline that process and either help you make make it a success or we can help you get a budget together to make sure it's going to fit in your financial plan. We can help you put that design together and make sure that what you're thinking of what that building looks like aligns with an actual budget that can be achievable.

We do all the details up front so that that costs and everything gets spread out across the entire project and also it leads to um less change orders because we've we've gone through that process up front and thought through all the details and in the end that's time and money saved for our clients.

So any way we can bring value up front we we like to do that to try and gain your your business. Internally it seems like everyone works really well together. talking about value to clients. You know, being able to be vertically integrated where we have that roofing division, we have that glass company, we have three general contractors all under essentially one roof makes a big difference and can help us scale up for larger projects or smaller projects.

The stuff that we have in the pipeline right now is really exciting from a development standpoint. The sky's is the limit and we're going to try and reach it as fast as we can.
